Ingredients


  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, 1-inch cubes

  • ¼ medium red onion, shaved thin

  • ¾ cup feta, crumbled

  • ¼ cup fresh mint, torn

  • 2–3 tablespoons live vinegar (see recommended pairings below)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

  • Flaky sea salt, if needed

Preparation
