Nicole and Chris’s journey spans Texas, New Jersey, and now Powder Springs, Georgia—shaped by a shared love of travel, cooking, and growing their own food.  Chris' diabetes and Nicole’s lupus diagnosis became turning points, deepening their focus on personal health and leading them to explore live, unfiltered vinegars as a way to support wellness without sacrificing flavor.

Chris, despite famously hating pickles, unknowingly helped shape the brand by pushing Nicole to create a better pickle brine—revealing a simple truth: great brines starts with exceptional vinegars.  While Chris has yet to find his perfect pickle, they continue to  spend countless hours developing new recipes, experimenting with Live Vinegar flavors, DIY Pickle Brines, and creating bold new flavors with The Tickled Pickler’s signature salts & seasonings.
