Nicole’s lupus diagnosis became a turning point, deepening her focus on personal health and leading her to explore live, unfiltered vinegars as a way to support wellness without sacrificing flavor.

Chris, despite famously hating pickles, unknowingly helped shape the brand by pushing Nicole to create a better pickle brine—revealing a simple truth: great brine starts with exceptional vinegar. A passionate home cook and proud fermentation nerd, Nicole spends countless hours developing new recipes, experimenting with live vinegar, and creating bold new flavors with The Tickled Pickler’s signature spices.
