Ingredients


  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

  • ¼ to â…“ cup mayonnaise (adjust for desired creaminess)

  • 2 teaspoons chopped pickle relish

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • The Tickled Pickler’s Black Garlic Salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Paprika, for garnish


Preparation

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mash the yolks until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, starting with ¼ cup, and mix until creamy. Add more as needed for texture.

  3. Stir in the pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.

  4. Season with The Tickled Pickler’s Black Garlic Salt, then add black pepper to taste. Mix well.

  5. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

  6. Finish with a light dusting of paprika and additional Black Garlic Salt if desired. Chill until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance.
