Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup Apple Babcia, Plum Crazy, or Kilt-y Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon (or other mustard or horseradish)

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar (substitute brown for sweeter)

  • 1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp. Hot Aji or kosher salt

  • 3/4 tsp. Mo’ Rockin fermented garlic or plain granulated garlic (optional)

  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard/horseradish, Lee & Perrin Worcestershire, granulated sugar, pepper, salt, and garlic powder (if using) to combine.


Tip: Use an immersion or hand blender to thicken the consistency and make creamier.


Make Ahead: Sauce can be made 1 week ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
