Ingredients
1 oz lemonade
1/2 oz honey (adjust to taste)
Ginger ale (to top, optional)
Ice (optional for spritzer)
Preparation
For a Health Shot:
Combine 1 oz Tongue Thai’d vinegar and 1 Tablespoon honey.
Stir until honey is fully dissolved.
Add 1 oz lemonade.
Shoot it or sip it slowly — your call 😏
For a Spritzer / Prebiotic Soda:
Build the health shot base in a glass.
Add ice if desired.
Top with ginger ale (and optional garnish with fresh fruit.)
Stir gently and enjoy the fizz ⚡
