This vinegar packs, a powerful punch with roses, jasmine, hibiscus, and lavender. Goes perfect with fruit salads, like spinach and strawberries or reduces and drizzled on top of ice cream and deserts. Great mixed with oil and served with bread for dipping (see blog for additional information.)

Our vinegars are made from fruit and vegetable wines. Our ingredients are co-fermented and then aged for a superior taste. Our products are never infused, pasteurized, or filtered. We do not add any additional sugars, flavorings, or additives of any kind.
All our vinegars have 5% acidity.
