Deliciously seasoned with the distinct flavors of fresh herbs and Dijon mustard, this vinaigrette is ideal for tossing with crisp salad greens. This versatile dressing combines the pungent notes of Dijon with your choice of fresh herbs and artisanal vinegar for a perfect balance of flavors.

- 6 tablespoons olive oil


- 2 tablespoons live vinegar (reccomend):

 - Plum Crazy

 - Basil Instinct

 - Apple Babcia

 - Tongue Thai'd


- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard


2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh herbs (choose from):

- Tarragon

- Thyme

- Rosemary

- Basil


- ¼ teaspoon kosher or finishing salt (or more to taste)


- (optional) ¼ teaspoon Mo Rockin’ or garlic powder


- Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Instructions


1. Combine Ingredients

  - In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard and your chosen vinegar

  - Whisk until well blended


2. Add Oil

  - Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking

  - This creates an emulsion for a smooth, well-blended vinaigrette


3. Add Herbs and Season

  - Add your chosen finely chopped fresh herbs

  - Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

  - Whisk to combine

  - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed




Storage:

Store any unused vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Bring to room temperature and whisk again before using.


Serving Suggestions:

- Toss with mixed greens for a simple salad

- Drizzle over roasted vegetables

- Use as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish
