About Us

We began crafting small batch artisanal vinegars to help support our microbiome and overall health, challenging with conditions like Lupus, IBS, and Diabetes. The Tickled Pickler started in 2020 when we discovered the transformative power of raw, unfiltered vinegars, fermented spices, and pickling brines. We set out to create different flavor profiles and techniques which make our products taste delicious. We use a combination of fermenting and aging techniques with NO added sugars, preservatives, or flavorings.  We do not infuse our vinegars - all ingredients are co-fermented.
