General Notes

Glassware:

- Blueberry Cabana: Collins glass

- Blueberry Rhumba: Hurricane glass

- Blueberry Martini: Martini glass

Ice:

- Use fresh, quality ice for all cocktails

- For the Cabana and Rhumba, larger cubes or chunks work best

- The Martini should be stirred with large mixing ice

Techniques:

- The Cabana is built directly in the glass

- The Rhumba requires a vigorous shake to properly combine the fruit juices

- The Martini should be stirred, not shaken, to maintain clarity

Tips for Success:

- Use fresh citrus juice whenever possible

- Chill glasses in advance for optimal serving temperature

- Adjust sweetness to taste by varying the amount of shrub

- Quality spirits will significantly improve the final drink

Note: All recipes assume the use of our published house-made blueberry shrub. Adjust proportions as needed based on the sweetness and acidity of your specific shrub.
