Our vinegars are made from fruit and vegetable wines. Our ingredients are co-fermented and then aged for a superior taste. Our products are never infused, pasteurized, or filtered. We do not add any additional sugars, flavorings, or additives of any kind.
All our vinegars have 5% acidity.
