Nonna’s Live Vinegar is a tribute to my Italian grandmother, whose backyard garden was always overflowing with fresh herbs destined for family meals. Crafted with herbs grown in our own gardens—and occasionally harvested from my sister’s garden, who also serves as our Brand Ambassador—this bright, savory live vinegar captures the flavors, aromas, and traditions of generations of home cooking.

Unlike infused vinegars, Nonna’s is created by co-fermenting fresh herbs directly into the wine base, allowing their natural flavors and aromas to become part of the vinegar itself. This process creates a deeper, more integrated herb character that simply can’t be achieved by adding herbs after fermentation.
