Ripe dragon fruit is carefully fermented into wine, and then aged for 2 months to develop richness and depth of flavor. After the aging process, the wine is then co-fermented with dehydrated dragon fruit and aged an additional 2 months to produce a bold and distinctive vinegar with a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors. Our vinegars are made from fruit and vegetable wines. Our ingredients are co-fermented and then aged for a superior taste. Our products are never infused, pasteurized, or filtered. We do not add any additional sugars, flavorings, or additives of any kind.
All our vinegars have 5% acidity.
